The conference was organized by the Psychosomatic Research Center of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in collaboration with the University of Freiburg with the participation of more than 120 Iranian professors and physicians and professors from the Universities of Freiburg, Germany and Brussels, Belgium in Isfahan.
The conference focused on “Cancer Psychology” and included about 15 scientific lectures on topics such as “Cancer and cancer psychology”, “How to face death”, “How to inform cancer patients”, “Providing appropriate communication methods with cancer patients” and “Methods of psychological and medical assistance to patients”.
In these three days, new scientific topics in the field of cancer and psychology were presented and doctors were introduced to the latest methods in this field.
